酒店位置優越，位處於倫敦市內的西區，比較安全和寧靜，從希斯路機場搭地鐵可以直達，去市內的景點也很方便，距離地鐵站也很近，有免費水果、茶和咖啡提供，也有每天清潔房間。唯一缺點是房間空間比較小，帶兩個行李篋的話不能完全打開。

If we didn't have the problems at the hotel the rest is quite a good experience as it is in a nice area, near Earls Court Station and museums and links to transportation. So we arrived at the hotel and the lift was broken. They didn't know when it would be fixed. If ever. I chose this hotel just for the fact that in the pictures it showed a bathtub. When we had our room ours was the only one without a proper working bath tub. There was no plug so we couldn't use the tub. I asked hotel they said there is possibly a leak so they didn't put a plug. But next day they would inform me. Next day I was offered a change of room but since we were out all day we didn't want to wait till noon to get a change. So no bath tub experience and it was dirty anyway. I asked for the room to be cleaned. The next evening when we came back the new pillow cases had blood or some kind of dirt spots on them which was not nice. Previous night the cases were cleaner. In the middle of the night the bathroom fan cover fell. It looks like they merely glued it to the ceiling. No proper AC just a fan and if you don't like hot rooms this is not for you

너무 좋았어요! 객실에는 스마트티비가 있었기 때문에 일정이 끝나고 돌아오면 영화를 보면서 하루를 마무리할 수 있었어요. 직원들은 너무 친절했고 숙소는 깔끔했습니다. 숙소에 비치된 각종 물품들도 많은 도움이 됐어요. 위치는 대중교통을 이용하기에 매우 편리했고 주변에 다른 많은 숙박시설들이 있어서 안전하게 느껴졌어요.

Spent a couple of days in London, visiting a friend and doing some site seeing. Good location and friendly staff. Everything i needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed and wpild stay again.

Nous avons passer un séjour de 3 jours dans l’hôtel le quartier est vraiment top il y a endorment de choses à faire le bus le métro ne sont pas très loin 5 min à pied L’hôtel était propre nous avons pu rentrer dans la chambre 2 heures avant l’heure prévu. Le personnel était très sympathique Par contre le dernier jour l’ascenseur était en panne.

Staff was lovely but the room was a bit outdated, the heating was on but overall cold and there is no heating in the bathroom at all - given the really low temperatures right now, that was not very pleasant. I stayed on the top floor and the ceiling in my room was rather very low, I have never been in such a hotel room or room for that matter. I had a comfortable sleep and it was quiet, I just think the hotel needs a renovation
